The breakfast is savory. the staff is helpful and decent. - the location is particularly good, next to major tourist attractions such as the Gap, Whaling Station, and Blowholes. - It's only 3 km from Mt Melville Lookout Tower.

Lighting in room very dull

Family room was good value for money and air conditioned with king bed. The staff members were all very attentive and thoughtful. Location: the hotel was very close to Albany on family medical business, Australia, and all tourist attractions.

The staff were accommodating and took the time to make our stay pleasant. the breakfast was delicious with a nice touch of welcome drinks and a good corporate rate, showing their attention to detail.

the hotel was upgraded and clean, everything was impressive. the staff were very attentive and made my stay an enjoyable experience. actually, the room was pet-friendly and air conditioned, it also had a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. the location was lovely for me, near everything you could think of.

The noise from the Denmark Road and parking not indicated around room 43 etc.People were parking at the front of the rooms and at the grass edge making a zig zag approach for people at the end of the line.

Value for money

The bathroom. There was no shelves or anywhere to put your vanity bag except the floor. The dark shower curtain made you feel like you were showering in a cave. Lack of supplied toiletries
